Showroom Hours
Our Morrow, Ohio showroom is open by appointment only.
We are currently scheduling Thursdays and Fridays, but will do our best to accommodate other days if needed.
All appointments must be made at least one business day in advance.

However, if you have questions during a time we are not available, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions to help you when you need it.
If you are purchasing online, you may select "Pickup" during checkout as your preferred shipping method and we will notify you via email once the order is ready.
Before coming to the shop, you must schedule your pickup at least 1 business day in advance. Further details will be provided to you in your "Pickup Notification" email.

Custom project pickups will be determined by you and your project manager.
Orders that are complete and ready for pickup can be held in our warehouse for two weeks at no charge. If you anticipate longer storage needs, please contact us after making your purchase.
Please remember that Ohio sales tax applies to all pickups. In the event you are picking up at our showroom from out of state, the website may not charge sales tax at the time of purchase due to your shipping address. If that is the case, the applicable sales tax rate, currently 6.75%, will be due at pickup.
We currently offer Ground Shipping that is estimated and charged during the checkout process. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination. Estimated rates are provided to you by their calculators during your checkout. Generally speaking, shipping costs generally start around $20 per box but vary based on weight, size, and location.
Please keep in mind that orders containing both MTO (Made-to-Order) pottery and in-stock items will ship together once ALL items are complete. If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing the orders separately.
All purchases made on location in our Morrow, Ohio showroom and online purchases from Ohio customers are subject to applicable Ohio Sales tax, currently 6.75%.
In the event you are picking up your order from out of state, our website may not charge sales tax at the time of purchase due to your shipping address. If that is the case, the application sales tax rate, currently 6.75%, will be due at pickup.

Clearance, sale, and seasonal items are all sales final and not eligible for return.
Items Bought from Stock
Stock Pottery & Accessories:
We provide a 30 day, 100% purchase price return policy on most regular price items purchased from our showroom or our online "In-Stock" categories.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for the safe packaging and return of the item to The Workshops of David T. Smith.
Furniture
Pickups - We provide a 10 day return policy on most regular priced furniture items purchased in our showroom or online "Buy from Stock" category. These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to the amount of time and labor spent in their initial sale, replacement, and their return.
Delivery and Blanket Wrap shipments - If there is an issue with your item, please contact us immediately upon arrival. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the amount of time and labor spent in their initial sale, shipping, replacement, and their return.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for the safe return of the item to The Workshops of David T. Smith.
